Notice of Ceasing to Act as Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 11 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Edward Christian Jansen, chartered accountant of Wellington, hereby gives notice that on 13 October 2014, he ceased to act as receiver and manager of all of the undertaking, property and assets of the above-named companies, pursuant to his appointment under a general security agreement dated the 22nd day of January 2007 by the holder, Kiwibank Limited.
