John Fisk and David Bridgman, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed joint and several receivers of the
above-named companies on 7 October 2014 under the terms of a security agreement dated the 23rd day of July 2013.
The Properties in Receivership Are: All of the companies' property, undertaking and assets.
