Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers of Company Property
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Thomas Lee Rodewald and Kenneth Peter Brown were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers
of certain property of the above-named company on
26 September 2014 under the powers contained in specific security agreements dated the 8th day of November 2013 and the 13th day of September 2014, which property consists of the following:

2013 KB LA1953 Loader (Chassis No. 559A0057)
2013 Ford Ranger Registration No. HDH322
