Colin Anthony Gower, insolvency practitioner of BDO Christchurch, and Timothy Patrick Ward, chartered accountant of BDO Invercargill, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of SUMMERFRUIT ORCHARDS LIMITED on 5 September 2014 under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 21st day of July 2006, giving the holder a secured charge over all of the company's present and after-acquired property, and all personal property in which the company has rights, whether now or in the future.
