John Howard Ross Fisk and Maurice George Noone, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed as joint and several receivers of MABUHAY FARM LIMITED on 5 August 2014 under the terms of a security agreement dated the 23rd day of June 2006.
John Howard Ross Fisk has resigned as receiver and Malcolm Grant Hollis has been appointed as receiver.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
