Notice of Ceasing to Act as Receivers of Rents
and Income
Pursuant to Section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that as from 28 August 2014, we, Paul Thomas Manning and Kenneth Peter Brown, have ceased to act as joint receivers of rents and income of THE ARMSTRONG FAMILY TRUST over the property at 150 The Strand, Tauranga and described in Identifier 50A/508 (South Auckland Land Registry).
