29 August 2014 under the terms of a memorandum of mortgage 5797775.2 (Otago Land Registry) dated the
5th day of November 2002.
The Property in Receivership is: The partnership's land at 89 McPherson Road, Alexandra (OT13B/1453) and any income derived from the land.
