Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers of Company Property
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Craig William Melhuish and Keiran Anne Horne, chartered accountants of HFK Limited, hereby give notice that on
28 January 2014, they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of ALLIGATOR DRAINAGE LIMITED under the powers contained in the following instruments:
(a) A specific security agreement dated the 26th
day of April 2012, in relation to a 2012 Briford Digger Flat Deck Trailer (Registration No.: T388K; Chassis No.: 125528213) and a 2012 Yanmar VI017 Excavator (Serial No.: 05285); and
(b) a specific security agreement dated the 26th
day of April 2012, in relation to a 2005 Holden
Rodeo 4X2 LX 3L MAN Utility (Registration No.: CRS450; VIN MPATFR77H5H535203) and a Stihl TS800 Cutquick Concrete Cutting Machine (Serial No.: 173969412); and
(c) a specific security agreement dated the 26th day of April 2012, in relation to a 2008 Holden Commodore SV6 Sedan Auto Saloon (Registration No.: EHG39; VIN 6G1EK55718L119023); and
(d) a specific security agreement dated the 29th day of May 2012, in relation to a 2012 Great Wall V200 2.0L TDI UTE 2WD 6MT Utility (Registration No.: GHR190; VIN LGWCBE17XCC639769); and
(e) a specific security agreement dated the 28th day of June 2012, in relation to a 1994 Isuzu Forward FRR32 Truck (Registration No.: GKN432; VIN 7A897150804000619); and
(f) a specific security agreement dated the 21st day of May 2013, in relation to a 2013 Yanmar VI017 Excavator (Serial No.: 07969).

the whereabouts of these items, should urgently contact the receiver and manager.
