Colin Anthony Gower, insolvency practitioner of Christchurch, and Timothy Patrick Ward, chartered accountant of Invercargill, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of THREE MINERS VINEYARDS LIMITED on 19 August 2014 under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 29th day of October 2003, giving the holder a secured charge over all of the company's present and after-acquired property, and all personal property in which the company has rights, whether now or in the future.
