Colin Anthony Gower, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several receivers
and managers of LAKEVIEW RESORTS LIMITED on
12 August 2014 under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 27th day of October 2010, giving the holder a secured charge over all of the company's present and after-acquired property, and all personal property in which the company has rights, whether now or in the future.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's present and after-acquired property.
