Public Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Kim Scott Thompson hereby gives notice that on 11 August 2014, Gem Financial Services Limited appointed Kim Scott Thompson, insolvency specialist, whose office is at Norris Ward McKinnon House, 711 Victoria Street, Hamilton,
as receiver of the property of QUEENSTOWN MARINA DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 11th day of September 2013.
The receiver has been appointed in respect of all present and after-acquired personal property.
