Notice of Termination of Receivership
Gareth Russel Hoole and Clive Robert Bish, of Level 4, Bupa House, 5-7 Kingdon Street, Newmarket, Auckland were, on 6 June 2014, appointed jointly and severally to be receivers and managers of all of the property of
SOUTH WAIKATO PROCESSING FACILITY LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) under the provisions
of a general security agreement undated but registered on the 30th day of March 2012.
That appointment ceased with effect from 7 August 2014 at 5.00pm, the receivers having realised all economically viable assets and returning control of the company to the liquidator.
This notice is given under section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993.
