Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 5 August 2014, Christopher Carey McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the above-named companies under the terms of various security agreements dated the 9th day of March 2011.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the companies' undertaking, property and assets.
