Notice of Ceasing to Act as Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, Robert Laurie Merlo, insolvency practitioner of Merlo Burgess & Co Limited, Auckland, hereby give notice
that I have, as from 31 July 2014, ceased to act as receiver and manager of WENZTRO CO-OPERATION LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) pursuant to the powers conferred in the deed of general security dated the 9th day of October 2012.
