Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on 1 August 2014, Jared Waiata Booth and Peri Micaela Finnigan, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of NUBIOTICS LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 20th day of March 2014, which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property of the company.
