Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(a) of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, John Marshall Scutter, give notice that on 31 July
2014, I was appointed receiver and manager of all
present and after-acquired personal property to the sum of $1,164,500.00 of the above-named company, pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 26th day of March 2013, and registered on the Personal Property Securities Register on 19 March 2013.
