Public Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Kim Scott Thompson hereby gives notice that on 31 July 2014, Amelita Tan Fanning appointed Kim Scott Thompson, insolvency specialist, whose office is at Norris Ward McKinnon House, 711 Victoria Street, Hamilton, as receiver of the property of EZY CASH CREDIT LIMITED under the powers contained under a deed dated the 28th day of June 2006.
The receiver has been appointed in respect of all present and after-acquired personal property.
