Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager of Company Property

The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of the company's motor vehicles and machinery described as follows:

(b) A specific security agreement dated the the 1st day of February 2013, in relation to a 2013 Mitsubishi Fuso Euro HD FV470J1 (Registration No.: REN930; VIN No.: JLFFV54SJ0KJ00053);
(c) A specific security agreement dated the 16th day of January 2013, in relation to a 2013 Western Star Detroit 525HP (Registration No.: REN940; VIN No.: 5KKAECK5BPAZ7060);
(d) A specific security agreement dated the 17th day of August 2012, in relation to a 2012 Mitsubishi Fuso HD Euro 470 FV470JI1 Truck (Registration No.: REN910; VIN No.: JLFFV54SJ0KJ00034);
(e) A specific security agreement dated the 18th day of July 2012, in relation to a 2004 Steelbro SBSS343F SB7368 Commercial Trailer (Registration No.: D864S; VIN No.: 7A9SS343F41005368; Chassis No.: SB7368); and
(f) A specific security agreement dated the 17th day of August 2012, in relation to a 2012 Mitsubishi
Fuso Shogan FV470J1 Truck (Registration No.: REN920; VIN No.: JLFF54SJ0KJ00028).
