Notice of Appointment of Receiver of Income
of Properties
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Lynn Clive Eagar, licensed real estate agent of Hamilton, was appointed receiver of income of the properties referred below on 14 July 2014 by the Bank of New Zealand pursuant to the powers conferred in:
(a) a first registered Mortgage 8315153.3 granted by MORRIS INVESTMENT PROPERTIES LIMITED ("mortgagor") over the land described and comprised in Identifier 19064 (South Auckland Land Registry); and
(b) a first registered Mortgage 8315153.8 granted by MORRIS INVESTMENT PROPERTIES LIMITED over the land described and comprised in Identifiers 19065, 19066 and 19067 (South Auckland Land Registry).
The receiver of income shall be the agent of the mortgagor.
