Public Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Kim Scott Thompson hereby gives notice that on 14 July 2014, Ricky Paul Quirk appointed Kim Scott Thompson, insolvency specialist, whose office is at Norris Ward McKinnon House, 711 Victoria Street, Hamilton, as receiver of the property of TWO GUYS TRADING LIMITED under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 9th day of August 2010.
The receiver has been appointed in respect of all present and after-acquired personal property.
