Notice of Appointment of Receivers of Rents and Income
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 10 July 2014, Richard Grant Simpson and David Ian Ruscoe, of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, Chartered Accountants, were appointed joint and several receivers of rents and income of the property at 13 Eastern Hutt Road, Taita, Lower Hutt, being more particularly the land described and comprised in, but not limited to, identifiers Title Identifier 99912 (Wellington Land Registry)
("the property").
The receivers of rents and income have all the powers conferred upon a receiver in terms of the mortgage and by the law.
The appointment was effected pursuant to the powers conferred by a registered mortgage over the property.
