Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Colin Thomas McCloy and John Howard Ross Fisk, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named companies on 9 July 2014 under the terms of various security agreements.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the companies' undertaking, property and assets.
