Notice of Ceasing to Act as Receivers and Managers

Notice is hereby given that Henry David Levin and Rodney Gane Pardington, of Auckland, ceased to act as receivers and managers of the property of NOISIV LIMITED
(in receivership and in liquidation) under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 30th day of September 2003.
