Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

On 2 July 2014, Richard Longman and John Fisk, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed joint and several receivers of the above-named entities. The entities were placed into receivership under the terms of security agreements giving the holder a security interest in all of the business, assets and undertaking of the entities.
