Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

David Sean Webb, John James Hill Larner and Nicholas John Martin, insolvency practitioners of PPB Advisory, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the companies on 4 July 2014 under the terms of a general security agreement giving security over the whole of the assets of the companies.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the companies' undertaking, property and assets.
