Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 25 June 2014, Derek Ah Sam, chartered accountant, and Paul Vlasic, certified practising accountant, were appointed receivers and managers of the property of the above-named company under the powers contained in a general security deed dated the 20th day of December 2012 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company's undertaking, property and assets.
