Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Neale Jackson and Grant Robert Graham, hereby give notice that on 1 July 2014 we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertaking of VNC MANUFACTURING LIMITED pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 29th day of January 2010, and VNC COCKTAILS LIMITED pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 11th day of March 2011.
Short Description of Property Charged Under the General Security Agreements: All assets and undertaking of the companies.
