Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on 23 June 2014, Tony Leonard Maginness and Boris van Delden, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of WAINUI FARM HOLDINGS LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 6th day of June 2013, which property consists of the borrower's present and after-acquired property and all personal property in which the borrower has rights, whether now or in the future, and reference to secured property includes any part of the secured property.
