Tony Pattison and John Howard Ross Fisk, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed joint and several receivers of the entities on 12 June 2014 under the terms
of security agreements dated the 5th day of June 2007
for B M Farming Limited (in receivership) and the 17th day of January 2012 for David John Manuel, Manuel Partnership and Manuel Family Trust (all in receivership) respectively.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the entities' undertaking, property and assets.
