Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 6 June 2014, Gareth Russel Hoole and Clive Robert Bish, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally to be receivers and managers of all the assets and undertaking of SOUTH WAIKATO PROCESSING FACILITY LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) such assets comprising bare land and related resource consents.
