Notice of End of Receivership
Pursuant to Section 29(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

On 14 January 2009, I, Kirk John Richardson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed as receiver
and manager of all assets and undertakings, both present and future, of the above-named company in respect of all assets and undertakings of MERLOT WANAKA LIMITED
(in receivership) in exercise of the powers conferred by a general security agreement dated the 25th day of September 2007 and in accordance with section 6 of the Receiverships Act 1993.
The receivership ceased on 22 May 2014.
