Colin Anthony Latham Gower, insolvency practitioner, and Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant, both of BDO Christchurch, and Andrew James Bethell, chartered accountant of BDO Auckland, were appointed as joint and several receivers and managers of COOLTRAIN LIMITED on 16 May 2014 pursuant to a general security deed, a specific security deed over rights, and a specific security deed over goods (jointly "security deeds").
