Public Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Kim Scott Thompson hereby gives notice that on 5 May 2014, Double R Limited appointed Kim Scott Thompson, insolvency specialist, whose office is at Norris Ward McKinnon House, 711 Victoria Street, Hamilton, as receiver of the property of OLD CO CTC LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated
the 27th day of October 2011.
The receiver has been appointed in respect of all present and after-acquired personal property.
