Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 5 May 2014, Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Michael Lamacraft, insolvency practitioners, were appointed receivers and managers of the property of VENTURA INN & SUITES HAMILTON 2010 LIMITED (in liquidation) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 31st day of January 2011 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company's undertaking, property and assets.
