Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

We advise that on 6 May 2014, Iain McLennan and Boris van Delden, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of 123KIWI.COM LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 30th
day of December 2010, which property consists of all property of the company.
