and several receivers and managers of CARPE DIEM CONTRACTING LIMITED on 1 May 2014 under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 12th day of March 2014 giving the holder a secured charge over all of the company's present and after-acquired property, and all personal property in which the company has rights, whether now or in the future.
