Notice of Resignation of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 11(4) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Justin James Bosley and Andrew John McKay, chartered accountants of Corporate Finance Limited, Auckland, hereby give notice that we ceased to act as receivers and managers of the property of the partnership (Lourens Barend Erasmus, Amanda Jane Erasmus and Trustees Cambridge (NZ) Limited (as trustees of Erasmus Family Trust), and Lourens Barend Erasmus and Amanda Jane Erasmus, all in partnership as the ERASMUS FARMING COMPANY) on 1 May 2014.
