On 30 April 2014, Stephen Rex Tietjens and Kevin James Gillespie were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of the above-named company
(in its own capacity and as trustee of the Panama Road Developments Trust) under the powers contained in general security agreement dated the 29th day of January 2013.
They have been appointed receivers and managers of all present and after-acquired property, all of its present and future rights in relation to any personal property, all of its present and future rights and interest in any land, and any other property or asset.
