Notice of Resignation and
Appointment of Replacement Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Sections 8 and 11 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Lynda Jane Smart, chartered accountant of Christchurch, has resigned from the office of receiver and manager of all assets and undertaking of BARREN HOLDINGS (2003) LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) with effect from 23 April 2014.
Take notice that ASB Bank Limited has exercised its power to appoint a replacement receiver and manager of all
assets and undertaking of BARREN HOLDINGS (2003) LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) and appointed Michael John Keyse, chartered accountant of HFK Limited, to be a joint and several receiver and manager of all assets and undertaking of BARREN HOLDINGS (2003) LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation).
The appointment of Michael John Keyse is in addition to the existing and continuing appointment of Craig William Melhuish, chartered accountant of HFK Limited.
