Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 18 March 2014, Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Lloyd James Hayward, chartered accountants, were appointed receivers and managers of the property of LEEDA LIFESTYLE LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 27th day of January 2012 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company's undertaking, property and assets.
