Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Kenneth Peter Brown and Thomas Lee Rodewald were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the above-named company on 20 March 2014 under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated
the 22nd day of March 2011, which property consists of
all present and after-acquired personal property.
