Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, on 11 March 2014, Christopher Carey McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of STORMWATER SYSTEMS LIMITED under the terms
of a general security agreement dated the 18th day of December 2013.
The Property in Receivership is: All present and after-acquired personal property of the company.
