Notice of Termination of Receivership
Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole, of Level 11, Tower Centre, 45 Queen Street, Auckland, were, on
3 August 2006, appointed jointly and severally to be receivers and managers of all of the property of HILLCREST SERVICES LIMITED (in receivership) under the provisions of a general security agreement dated the 9th day of March 2004.
That appointment ceased with effect from 13 March 2014, the receivers and managers having realised all economically viable assets and returning control of the company to the director.
This notice is given under section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993.
