Notice of Termination of Receivership
Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole, of Level 11, Tower Centre, 45 Queen Street, Auckland, were, on 30 March 2007, appointed jointly and severally to be receivers
and managers of all of the property of FIRST LIGHT CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (in receivership and
in liquidation) under the provisions of a general security agreement dated the 19th day of January 2007.
That appointment ceased with effect from 12 March 2014, the receivers and managers having realised all economically viable assets and returning control of the company to the directors.
This notice is given under section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993.
