Notice of Termination of Receivership
Jon Dennis Robertson and Gareth Russel Hoole were, on
14 June 2011, appointed jointly and severally to be receivers of all of the property of GLOBAL ERP LIMITED
(in receivership) under the provisions of a general security agreement dated the 16th day of December 2010.
That appointment ceased with effect from 12 March 2014, the receivers having realised no assets and returning control of the company to the directors.
This notice is given under section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993.
