Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 6 March 2014, Christopher Carey McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners, of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of GOOD VALUE GROUP LIMITED under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 30th day of October 2012.
The Property in Receivership is: All present and
after-acquired personal property of the company.
