On 28 February 2014, Stephen Rex Tietjens and Michael David Gregory were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of the above-named company under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 6th day of June 2012.
They have been appointed receivers and managers of all property (both real and personal) charged by the security agreement given by the company.
