Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins, insolvency practitioners of Dunedin, hereby give notice that on 17 February 2014, we were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of GLENDALE PROPERTY LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 9th day of May 2012.
The Receivers and Managers Have Been Appointed in Respect of: All the company's present and after-acquired property, being all the company's personal property and other property.
The Offices of the Receivers and Managers Are at: Insolvency Management Limited, Level 3, Burns House, 10 George Street (PO Box 1058), Dunedin.
