Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that DEMOLITION AND RECYCLING LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court
at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 4 February 2014 to be put into liquidation.
Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 4 February 2014 at 11.10am.
