Bruce Donald Gemmell, chartered accountant, and Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed liquidators of CALIFORNIA BURRITO COMPANY LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993,
on 14 February 2014 at 11.23am.
We fix 14 March 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
